Island Realty is a full‑service, family‑owned and operated property management and vacation rental company based on Isle of Palms, South Carolina. Established in 1977, it is the oldest rental management company on the island. Island Realty manages over two hundred vacation rentals, including oceanfront homes and condos with a wide range of sizes and styles.
I was assigned a number of roles within the marketing department. My primary roles were:

Organize and execute promotional photoshoots

Create twice-weekly email campaigns

Write a weekly blog article with content ranging from staff favorite restaurants to local news

Capture and edit all rental listing photographs using a DSLR camera, Matterport camera, and a Mavic Air2 Drone

Manage company social media accounts

Respond to guest reviews and relay information to the appropriate department

Create all digital content using programs like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and ProCreate

Implement and maintain cohesive branding across all departments

Run local vendor program, involving community outreach and managing contracts

Design annual print materials such as a desk calendar, tide charts, an island map, staff business cards,

Present metrics at a monthly company meeting

Keep up-to-date with current internet trends

Attend state-wide conferences to network with other industry professionals and learn about new software

Serve as a community liaison
In the three years that I have been working with Island Realty, we have gone through a full rebrand, seen significant growth in both digital audience and revenue, as well as increase our presence in the community by being a involved and giving back. Not only do I receive constant praise for my work and dedication, but I have been lucky enough to receive multiple raises and bonuses as a result of my success.
